A Note ABOUT Julie

Julie works with our church family, neighbors, and those entering the United States as refugees and asylum seekers as our Caring Minister. She has a heart for missions and for connecting people with needs to those in our church family and surrounding community who can help. Woodmont seeks to be a welcoming place that brings hope and community to those around us.

CARING PARTNERS

Woodmont Hills Caring Ministry partners with many local organizations to do good in our community. If you would like information about how to volunteer or get involved with the work of Caring Ministry and our partners contact Julie @ jobregon@woodmont.org.

Caring for Refugees

The Refugee and Immigrant Ministry works alongside Nashville's newest neighbors to empower, support and befriend. Sometimes having a friend to call, ask a question of or share a story with makes a world of difference. Volunteers with the R&I Ministry develop friendships with newly arrived families to help as they acclimate to life in the USA. Follow the links below to find out information about how we empower our refugee and immigrant neighbors through the annual Only+Together Nashville Refugee Conference or to review our training materials for working as a mentor to a refugee family.
