Fall 2023 Autumn sometime between 10/15 and 11/15 for a ten day trip. Monthly meetings in preparation for the trip.

Who can participate? We will be taking 6-8, 18+ healthy individuals.

What kind of trip is this? Mainly, listening and developing relationships with Tamar ladies and their families. There will be open sessions, worship gatherings, sewing project viewing, etc. In addition, there will be times with orphan children in the small Grace Home (WH does not support), and many times with street children or Tamar children feedings.

Cost: $2500-3000 (not definite yet) - flights, local transport, lodging, food.

Most of the activities will be with people who have been through desperate situations, so be prepared to listen and to share in the feelings they express. There will be some walking, but not for great distances. The food is generally at least mildly spicy and you will need to be healthy to participate.
