Students
The Woodmont Hills Student & Family Ministry serves families and students in grades 6-12. The ministry partners with families to foster growth in students’ faith and to
promote relationships between students and the church body.
Spiritual Formation Focus. The ministry will use Scripture as a consistent source of truth to partner with families in providing developmentally appropriate spiritual growth
curriculum and opportunities for students to grow, mature and face life’s challenges.
Family Focus. The ministry will support families in their efforts to train students to know and love God and His Son, engaging families with diverse backgrounds and
responding to acute family needs with Godly counsel and support.
Body Focus. The ministry will promote social and spiritual relationships between students and among families throughout the entire church body by establishing personal
connections, encouraging participation of volunteers and being transparent and inclusive.
Outward Focus. The ministry will reach out to students and families who need to know Jesus, modeling His concern for people who are in need or neglected. The ministry will
conduct a series of service opportunities as part of a greater calendar of activities and events that align with its goals.
