Woodmont Hills Counseling Ministrywoodmont

For many people, life doesn’t always go as planned. A marriage crumbles, a child goes astray, an addiction threatens life or sanity, scars from an abused or neglected past overwhelm — in whatever form, something happens to turn the world upside down and the stomach inside out. The Counseling Center, an outreach of the Woodmont Hills Church, exists to offer hope and healing to hurting people.

The identity of clients and the material they share is held in the strictest confidence. The only exceptions are those required by law: when there is a threat of harm to one’s self or another, or in the case of the abuse of a child or elderly person. Interactions with clients are conducted according to the highest ethical and professional standards.

The Woodmont Hills Counseling Center is a Christian counseling agency. The professional Counseling Center staff is composed of trained therapists who hold a master’s or doctorate degree. Customary fees for professional services are commensurate with community standards. If a client is unable to pay the customary fee, a charge can be arranged on a sliding scale based on the family’s annual gross income.

Most counseling appointments are scheduled during the day, Monday through Thursday. Extended evening hours are available but are limited. The Counseling Center office staff handles the scheduling of all appointments, including those for new clients. Contact the Counseling Center at (615) 269‑6220.
