Jason began working full-time with Woodmont Hills in 2002. Before that he served as a volunteer and intern in the student ministry. He graduated from Lipscomb Universityand has taught high school. Jason and his wife Rachel a son Jax, a boxer and a cat. Jason likes the outdoors, sports, surfing, snowboarding, playing guitar, biking, being in different cultures, BBQ ribs, authenticity and coffee. He does not like neatness, animals dressed as people, movie stars or Starbucks.

Dean Barham
Preaching Minister
Dean has been married for fifteen years to his wife Melanie, an elementary school teacher and a regular participant in Children’s ministry and Women’s ministry, although she views her primary area of service to be their three wonderful children: Christine, David, and Luke. Originally natives of Virginia, Dean and Melanie enjoy a variety of interests including anything outdoors, reading, art, movies and the theatre. Dean is also a sports fanatic and a die-hard fan of a certain NFL football team in Dallas. Before joining the Woodmont family, Dean served as the campus minister for the Broadway Church of Christ in Lubbock, Texas and also taught and preached regularly there. He was also an instructor in Bible and Campus Ministry at Lubbock Christian University. Before entering ministry, Dean earned a law degree from the University of Virginia and practiced civil litigation and constitutional law. His passion in ministry is to commission God’s people to tell the story of a Man who wouldn’t stay dead.
Doug Berny
Student & Family Minister

Doug Berny and his wife Tracie, with their three children, Blake, Hannah, and Abigail moved to Nashville in August 2000 to begin work with our Youth, Family and Student Ministries. Doug and Tracie are native Texans and both graduates of Texas A&M University. Doug has worked with teens and their families for more than 18 years. Doug and Tracie share a wide variety of interests from classical music and theater arts to a love of the outdoors and enjoy hunting, fishing, back packing, biking and camping. Tracie is a full-time mom, part-time realtor and directs the youth musical in the student ministry. Doug dislikes burnt orange and the little school in Austin, and his favorite color is maroon.
Joan Gregory

Joan is a Nashville native and has been a part of the Woodmont Hills family since 1973 (Waverly-Belmont days). She joined the ministry staff in 1988 in a part-time role as coordinator of Elderly Home Care. In 1991 she became the full-time Caring Minister – a combination role of community service and outreach, assistance to family members, Senior Saints and Women’s Ministry. Joan was married for 22 years to Garry Randolph until his death in 1991. She has three children, Brooks, Scott and Amanda Randolph. She married Ralph Gregory in 1995 and now has a stepdaughter, Leah, and two grandchildren. She loves primitive antiques and New England.
Meredith Moseley

Small Groups Minister

Meredith and her family moved to Nashville from Texas in 1993. She has been on staff in several different roles since January of 1994 and has worked as Involvement and Communication Minister since January of 1999. She and her husband, Dale, have a daughter, Michal and two sons, Seth and Josh and a grandson, Taylor.
Suzanne Rowe

Suzanne joined the staff full-time in June of 1999. Before beginning work with our Children’s Ministry, Suzanne worked with children in a variety of ways – she has taught children in the mission field, served as a full-time nanny and taught at David Lipscomb Elementary School.

Terry and his family came to Nashville in 1994 to work with Woodmont Hills. He and his wife Charlotte have four daughters and seven grandchildren. Terry served in campus ministry for 10 years – University of Memphis and Harding University , 10 years in metropolitan Boston directing the Resources for Life Center and five years directing a Family Resources and Counseling Center in Searcy, Arkansas . He studied at Ole Miss, Harding University and Boston University with a B.A., M.A., and M.Th. from Harding University and a doctorate from Boston University in Personality, Religion and Culture. He provides pastoral counseling, life coaching and leadership development for small groups. “I love the vision ‘the larger we are the smaller we must become’.
